Chicken Road 2 — Online Game, Demo and Review
Chicken Road 2, or Chicken Road 2.0, is the second game in the InOut Games series, in which a chick crosses a busy motorway. After each successful crossing, the multiplier of the potential payout increases. The player decides whether to end the round with the result reached or try to cross one more lane at the risk of losing the bet. Unlike the first Chicken Road, the road in the sequel is filled with cars and lorries.
The game was released on 15 April 2025. The RTP stated by the developer is 95.5%. Chicken Road 2 has four difficulty levels — Easy, Medium, Hard and Hardcore. Below we look at the rules, the number of steps, how the multipliers work, the differences between versions and the specifics of the demo mode without real-money bets.
To go to the Chicken Road 2 demo, look for the "demo" button at the top of the page on our site. The demo uses practice or virtual funds: the results of such a round cannot be withdrawn as money. Whether it can be launched depends on settings and regional restrictions.
chickenroad.net.ua is an information website: it does not accept bets, run real-money games or hold visitors’ funds. We are not a gambling operator and have no affiliation with InOut Games. Real-money play is only for people aged 21 and over, and only with operators holding a valid licence in Ukraine.
What is Chicken Road 2?

Chicken Road 2 is a single-player game of sequential decisions that is often placed in the crash game category. There are no familiar slot reels or symbol lines here. The outcome depends on crossing separate sections of the road, and after a safe step you face a choice between the next attempt and ending the round.
The main visual theme of the second game is a motorway with traffic. The moving cars, sound effects and animation create a sense of danger, but they do not prove that the speed of pressing or the visual position of a car lets you predict the outcome. Such conclusions would require separate confirmed rules or technical data.

How to play Chicken Road 2
In the second game, each round consists of choosing the starting parameters, one or more crossings and the final result. The controls require no complex combinations: the main interaction takes place through the buttons for starting, taking the next step and ending the round.
Choosing the bet and difficulty level
Before launching, in the available game interface you choose the bet size and one of the four difficulty levels. In the demo, the bet is deducted from a virtual balance, so it is not a real money transaction. Minimum and maximum amounts may depend on the settings of the specific implementation, the currency and the operator; the short official game page does not give a universal range for all platforms.
Difficulty matters even before the first step. It determines the available route length and how the multipliers grow: in the easier mode the values usually rise more gradually, while in the harder ones they rise more sharply, along with the risk of failure.
How to start a round and move to the next lane
- Open the demo of Chicken Road 2.0 specifically and check the game title in its interface.
- Read the rules, the available virtual balance and the payout limits.
- Choose the difficulty level and set a practice bet.
- Press the button to start the round, for example Play, if that label is used in your version.
- After a safe crossing, assess the current multiplier: you can now end the round or take the next step.
- If the chick is hit by traffic on a failed crossing, the round ends with the loss of the amount staked.
In the game interface examined, the buttons may be called Play, Go or have other labels depending on the state of the round. The exact labels need to be read on the screen of the loaded version rather than automatically carried over from the first Chicken Road.
How to collect the result with Cash Out
After a successful step, the multiplier reached shows the potential amount for ending the round. The Cash Out action, Collect or a similar command locks in the result at that stage. If you press the next crossing instead of ending the round, the previous potential payout can no longer be considered guaranteed: a failed step wipes out the result of the current round.
Distinguish between a locked-in in-game payout and actually receiving it as money from the operator. In the demo, only a virtual balance is involved. In real-money play, additional maximum payout limits may apply, and they need to be checked in the rules of the specific implementation.
Chicken Road 2 difficulty levels
Chicken Road 2.0 has four modes with different road lengths. The help section of demo version 1.0.0 reviewed by a third-party researcher lists 30, 25, 22 and 18 lanes for Easy, Medium, Hard and Hardcore respectively. These figures refer to the demo configuration described; before publication they should be checked against the rules of your embedded widget.
| Mode | Road lanes | Multiplier behaviour | Risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Easy | 30 | Gradual growth | The lowest of the four modes |
| Medium | 25 | More noticeable growth | Higher than in Easy |
| Hard | 22 | Faster growth in values | Increased |
| Hardcore | 18 | The sharpest potential growth | The highest |
Easy and Medium — the lower-risk modes
Easy has the largest number of lanes in this configuration — 30. It is a longer route with a less steep rise in multipliers. Medium has 25 lanes and shifts the balance between possible multiplier growth and the danger of a crossing. Importantly, a longer road does not mean it is easier to reach the end or that completing all stages has a high probability.
Hard and Hardcore — the higher-risk modes
On Hard the examined demo has 22 lanes, on Hardcore — 18. Multiplier values may grow faster here, yet a single failed crossing still ends the whole round. On a shorter route it is not necessarily easier to reach the end: the level of risk and the number of steps are different characteristics that cannot be compared by length alone.
No mode can be called “more profitable” just because of a higher potential multiplier. Without a table of exact chances for each stage, it is impossible to correctly calculate the probability of crossing the whole road or the mathematical expectation of a particular way of ending the round.
Multipliers and maximum win in Chicken Road 2
A multiplier is the factor that determines the potential payout if the round ends with a successful Cash Out at exactly the stage reached. The next figure on the road shows the possible result after one more successful crossing, not money already received.
How the multipliers increase after each step
For Hard mode, a verified third-party review of the demo gives the sequence of the first five multipliers: x1.18, x1.46, x1.83, x2.31 and x2.95. It shows the principle of gradual growth after safe crossings, but it is not a universal table for all modes or versions. The values of other stages should be taken from the rules or the screen of the game actually embedded on your site.
This also explains why tables on third-party sites may not match: authors sometimes mix up the original 2024 Chicken Road, version 2.0, bonus releases and different bet configurations.
How the payout is calculated from the bet
The total payout when a round ends successfully is calculated as the bet multiplied by the multiplier reached. The net result is the total payout minus the initial bet. The examples below show only the arithmetic; they are not a forecast of successful crossings or a recommendation on bet size.
| Notional bet | Multiplier | Total payout | Result above the bet |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 notional units | x1.18 | 118 | 18 |
| 100 notional units | x1.46 | 146 | 46 |
| 100 notional units | x1.83 | 183 | 83 |
| 100 notional units | x2.31 | 231 | 131 |
| 100 notional units | x2.95 | 295 | 195 |
If a crossing fails before Cash Out is pressed, the table does not apply to that round: the payout is zero and the bet is lost. If the operator sets a maximum payout limit, the amount actually available may be lower than the result of simple multiplication.
What the maximum win depends on
The maximum multiplier and the maximum cash payout are not the same thing. Even a very large number next to the last lane does not mean that any bet can be multiplied by it without limits. The game rules may set an upper payout limit, the permitted bet range, the currency and how a round is ended automatically when the limit is reached.
The short Chicken Road 2.0 card on the InOut Games website has no universal table of maximum bet and maximum cash payout. That is why we do not substitute these parameters with figures from promotional reviews. The current value should be checked in the rules of the open version of the game.
95.5% RTP and winning chances in Chicken Road 2
An RTP of 95.5% is the stated theoretical percentage of bets returned over a very large number of rounds under the game's mathematical model. It does not mean that 95 or 96 rounds out of 100 will end successfully. Nor does it mean that every player gets back 95.5% of their money in a single session.
The difference between 100% and 95.5% is 4.5 percentage points — the theoretical house edge under the corresponding model. For example, if you consider many bets with a total volume of 10,000 notional units, the mathematically expected long-term return at an RTP of 95.5% equals 9,550 units. This is a statistical illustration, not a guaranteed outcome of a particular run.
The difficulty and the decision on when to end the round change the distribution of possible outcomes. A further crossing unlocks a higher multiplier but leaves the whole bet at risk. The official public game card does not give the probability of success for each individual lane. Because of this, it is incorrect to derive exact loss percentages from the names Easy or Hardcore alone.
Neither watching previous rounds, nor “signals”, nor trying to press Go at a certain moment give a confirmed advantage over the random outcome. Choosing Cash Out determines which current result the player is ready to lock in, but it does not remove the risk of losing up to that point.
How is Chicken Road 2 different from the first game?
The original Chicken Road was released on 4 April 2024, and Chicken Road 2.0 — on 15 April 2025. Both games are built around sequential steps and the decision to end the round, but they have different visuals and published RTP values. They are standalone game products, so their multipliers, characteristics and even player Chicken Road reviews must not be mixed up.
Changes in graphics and gameplay
In the first Chicken Road, the story is about the chicken making its way to a golden egg across dangerous sections. In the second game, the centrepiece is a motorway with cars and lorries. This is a noticeable change of visual theme, although the logic itself — “cross one more lane or lock in the current result” — remains recognisable.
Comparison of RTP, difficulty and number of steps
| Characteristic | Chicken Road | Chicken Road 2.0 |
|---|---|---|
| Release year | 2024 | 2025 |
| Stated RTP | 98% | 95.5% |
| Main theme | A road with obstacles | A motorway with traffic |
| Difficulty levels | 4 | 4 |
| Easy, number of lanes | 24 | 30 |
| Medium, number of lanes | 22 | 25 |
| Hard, number of lanes | 20 | 22 |
| Hardcore, number of lanes | 15 | 18 |
The number of lanes in the table is taken from a comparison of the rules of two 1.0.0 demo versions, not from the short product cards. In Chicken Road 2 the route is longer in each of the four modes, but it does not follow that the chances of crossing it completely are higher. The RTP of the second game is also 2.5 percentage points lower.
If you are interested in the first game in the series, its separate description and demo mode are on the Chicken Road home page. A detailed analysis of the original's steps and multipliers can be found in the article “Chicken Road Mechanics”.
Chicken Road 2 on your phone — Android and iOS

The Chicken Road 2 demo can be launched in a compatible browser or in a gaming environment where it is available for the specific region. The interface on a smartphone may look different from the desktop version because of the smaller screen: before starting, make sure the bet, the multiplier, the difficulty level and the command to end the round are clearly visible.
Do not confuse browser access with the existence of a separate official Chicken Road 2 app for Android or iOS. Pages offering “Chicken Road 2 download”, an APK or a “hacked version” do not in themselves confirm any connection with InOut Games. Downloading third-party files that promise guaranteed wins can create risks for your device and personal data.
If the game does not open on your phone, the cause may be browser compatibility, the web widget settings or geographic restrictions. A failed launch in itself gives no grounds for conclusions about the RTP or the game rules.
Chicken Road 2 in Ukraine — game availability
Ukraine is included in the Restricted Countries list published by InOut Games. This is a restriction of the software supplier, not a statement that informational materials or showing the game's name are prohibited. However, offers to play Chicken Road 2 for real money in Ukraine should be checked especially carefully: casino advertising alone does not prove the right to distribute this game.
Demo mode and real-money bets are different formats. The demo lets you get to know the interface without a cash payout, provided access to the game is not restricted. Participation in gambling in Ukraine is subject to a minimum age of 21 and other legal requirements. Playing with bets should not be seen as a way of making money; losing is a possible outcome of every round.
Frequently asked questions about Chicken Road 2
Are Chicken Road 2 and Chicken Road 2 Bonus the same game?
No. Chicken Road 2.0 was released on 15 April 2025 and has a stated RTP of 95.5%. Chicken Road 2 Bonus is a separate release from 25 February 2026 with a stated RTP of 96.5% and an additional bonus phase. Their characteristics cannot be combined in a single description under the name “Chicken Road 2”.
Why do different sites list different maximum multipliers?
There may be several reasons: different versions of Chicken Road, separate modes, different configurations or errors when copying tables. To check a specific number, you need to know the game title, version and settings, and then open the rules of that particular game window. Even a confirmed multiplier does not cancel the cash payout limit.
Can you win 95 out of 100 rounds with a 95.5% RTP?
No, RTP is not the percentage of winning rounds. It is the theoretical ratio of total returns to bets over a large sample. One win may have a large multiplier, while many other rounds may end with a zero payout. A real run of 100 attempts does not have to match the average figure.
Does the speed of pressing Go affect the chance of a crossing?
There is no reliable data confirming any advantage from pressing quickly. Neither the movement of the drawn cars nor the delay between buttons should be taken as proof that the outcome can be predicted. Without a separate technical check, claiming otherwise is incorrect.
Conclusion on Chicken Road 2
Chicken Road 2.0 is a separate InOut Games title with a car theme, four difficulty levels, sequentially growing multipliers and a stated RTP of 95.5%. It keeps the core decision of the first game — continue along a dangerous route or end the round with the result reached, — but differs in visuals, route length in the examined demo and mathematical characteristics.
To get to know the game, first check its exact title, the rules of the loaded version and the availability of the demo mode in the corresponding game block on this page. Do not take the largest multiplier as a guaranteed win, and do not carry over data from the 2024 Chicken Road to Chicken Road 2.0.
